Finally, we started to get a sense of spring coming our way over the last weekend. Flowers have started to bloom including de facto famous sakura. There are many different kinds of sakura (most of us wouldn't even bother to think, myself included), but it's just for your note that only some of them has started to come out whereas most is still getting ready for the big show in a couple of weeks time. I went to two parks on Sat and Sun where I shot カンヒザクラor Taiwan sakura (the red one) & ume at Kiyosumi Teien; and some kind of sakura in Koishikawa Korakuen. I presented the sakura photos the way I see it... mild, pure and somehow associates with washed out white, what is sakura like in your mind?
