I give ALL good unique shots taken during the shoot at no extra costs. The no. of photos for each package are minimum amount of photos you will receive 😊
Personally & professionally edited photos delivered within 24- 72 hours* after the shoot so you can view & share even during your trip. See an actual sample of client gallery at the bottom of this page.

Private Boat Cruise

Surcharge
For a party of 9 or more persons, there will be an additional charge of US$30 per hour. As I would need to take many more shots during the session as well as spend longer time in editing due to a large number of people; in return, you will receive extra edited photos.
Surprise Proposal
Simple
Surprise proposal that happens as part of a normal, scheduled photoshoot. You introduce me as a photographer you book in advance for a photoshoot. This is the best plan as your partner will be dressed well for the moment as well.
No extra Charge (included in the price)
Complicated
Anything other than simple proposal, such as requiring me to act, whether as a guide, business partner, long lost friend, passer-by, etc or track your location and photograph you discretely. This will require much more complicated planning and coordination between us.

Terms & Conditions
Photo Editing
Photos will be professionally edited to correct exposure, color temperature, sharpness and perspective (straightening) to bring out the natural beauty of your picture. I do not alter any part of your body, facial structure, clothes, etc. I reserve the right to edit photos to suit my vision of the final result. No customized edit and revisions are offered.
I do not give out RAW files. Please refer to my FAQs page.
Transportation and Other Expense
Rate does not include admission fee and travel fee should there be any location change.
Delivery of Photos
Photos will be delivered digitally in JPEG file via an online gallery or wetransfer. The gallery will be online for two weeks. In case you cannot download within ten days, please let me know in advance and I will send the link to you later. Any request to resend the photos or reactivate the online gallery will incur an extra charge of US$15 as it will require me to re-upload the photos.
Due to the limited storage capacity, photos older than 6 months will be deleted.
To Confirm a Booking
Casual plans are subject to US$100 retainer; Premium plans (half/ full day) subject to US$200 retainer. This retainer covers the cost for holding the time slot for the session and conducting consultation on details of the shoot. I reserve the rights to ask for additional retainer.
Payment can be made online via credit card link (processing with Square) in JPY equivalent, or via Paypal in USD, sent to kan4k4@gmail.com. When sending by Paypal, please ensure that you absorb PayPal fee and set the payment to be received in US$.
Remaining Balance
Balance must be paid in full in cash on the day either in USD or JPY based on market rate on the day. We offer option to settle balance by credit card, but due to payment processor fees, exchange rate conversion and withdrawal charge, credit card transaction will incur an additional 10% charge. Please let us know in advance if you plan to pay by card so we can bring a card reader to the session.
Change & Cancellation
Change of package to a shorter duration: With notification less than 1 month in advance, 50% of the difference in plan will be charged. If 1 week or less, 100% of the difference will be charged.
Change by client: change of date or time allowed subject to photographer availability. In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of retainer in any circumstance as this covers the cost for holding the time slot for the session and conducting consultation on details of the shoot.
Change by photographer: in the rare unlikely event that the photographer becomes unavailable due to change in circumstance (eg. sickness etc!) , we will notify you as soon as the situation is confirmed. We will give you the option for 1) a different time slot with the same photographer, 2) an alternative photographer available during your prebooked time, or 3) a full refund of your retainer/ payment.
Copyrights
Copyrights remain with the photographer, but we respect your privacy. let us know if you prefer us not to post any of the pictures taken.
Gift Card/ Voucher
In case of cancellation, there will be no refund. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session or transferable to other party.
Last- Minute Booking
Any last-minute booking (less than 48 hours) will incur an additional 20% surcharge and you will need to pay a full amount for confirmation.
Right to Terminate
As artist, we take great pride in producing quality work. To do so requires alignment of vision, collaboration and mutual respect between photographer and clients. While we do not take this lightly and will only use it as a last resort, we reserve the right to terminate our contract with client(s) at any time until 72 hours before the shoot in the small chance that we feel we cannot achieve the intended work, whether given difference in vision or lack of respects between us. In such case we will refund the deposit in full within 24 hours after we inform the client of such decision.
